Durga Puja 2026

There are moments in the life of a community that are not just events — they are declarations. They declare who we are, where we come from, and what we are building for the generations that follow us. The upcoming Mega Event by the Bhoirwadi Sanskriti Association is one such moment. And we humbly, but with great conviction, invite your esteemed organization to stand with us.

We are not simply asking for sponsorship. We are inviting you to become part of something that will outlive a banner, outlast a stage, and outshine any advertisement. We are inviting you to leave a mark — in stone, in hearts, and in history.

ἽB Who We Are

Bhoirwadi Sanskriti Association is a people-rooted, purpose-driven cultural organization committed to two timeless truths: that culture is the soul of a civilization, and that community is its heartbeat. For years, our association has served the Bhoirwadi community and surrounding regions through festivals, charitable programs, cultural preservation, and social upliftment.

We are not a corporate entity. We are neighbors, families, elders, and youth — bound together by a shared love for our roots and a collective responsibility to care for one another. Every rupee we raise goes back to the community. Every initiative we launch is born from a real, urgent need.

The Mega Event — A Celebration With Purpose

This is not an ordinary gathering. Our upcoming Mega Cultural Event is a grand, multi-day celebration of music, art, devotion, tradition, and community spirit. It will bring together thousands of people from the Bhoirwadi community and beyond, uniting generations under one shared canopy of pride and purpose.

The event will feature:

• Grand cultural performances: classical music, folk dance, drama, and devotional programmes

• Community felicitation and recognition of outstanding individuals

• Religious ceremonies and spiritual gatherings

• Youth talent showcases celebrating the next generation

• Food, craft, and cultural exhibitions rooted in local heritage

• Fundraising campaign to support two transformational infrastructure projects

“This event is not a celebration of the past. It is an investment in the future.”

The Sacred Purpose: What Your Sponsorship Will Build

Here is the truth — plain, honest, and from the heart. The funds raised through this Mega Event will serve two monumental, community-changing causes:

PHASE 1: TEMPLE CONSTRUCTION Total Budget: ₹ 15 Crores A permanent place of worship, cultural pride, and community gathering. This temple will serve as a spiritual anchor for generations to come — a living monument to the faith and unity of the Bhoirwadi community.

PHASE 2: COMMUNITY HOSPITAL Budget: To Be Shared Collectively A community hospital that will bring affordable, accessible healthcare to families who have long been underserved. Because good health is not a privilege — it is a right. And we intend to make it a reality.

These are not dreams on paper. These are commitments being built, brick by brick, with the sweat, faith, and collective will of an entire community. Your sponsorship will place your name at the very foundation of these landmarks. ★ Why Your Brand Belongs Here

We will be completely honest with you: there are many places you can put your money. But here is why this opportunity is different — why it is richer, deeper, and more meaningful than any billboard or digital campaign.

1. Reach That Money Cannot Buy Thousands of attendees — families, elders, youth, local leaders, and influencers — will be present across multiple event days. These are not passive audiences; they are engaged, loyal, and community-minded people who remember who stood by them.

2. Genuine Goodwill, Not Just Brand Visibility When your company’s name appears on the stage of a temple inauguration or a hospital launch, it is not an advertisement. It is a legacy. People do not forget those who helped build what they hold sacred.

3. CSR That Truly Counts Both the temple and the hospital are deeply aligned with national CSR priorities — community infrastructure, healthcare access, and cultural preservation. Your contribution is a genuine social investment with measurable community impact.

4. Pan-Event Brand Presence From hoardings and banners to stage backdrops, printed programmes, digital media, and social channels, your brand will be prominently and respectfully featured throughout the event and its run-up.

5. Association With Trust and Integrity Bhoirwadi Sanskriti Association has earned the trust of the community through years of honest, consistent service. That trust transfers to every partner who walks alongside us. When you sponsor us, you are not just buying space — you are earning respect.

6. A Story Worth Telling Your stakeholders, customers, and employees want to know your company stands for something. This sponsorship gives you a powerful, authentic story — one of faith, service, and community transformation.
