Taking a step towards collective wellness, if you would have asked me a decade ago what is fitness mean to me I would have said yoga that time my practice was limited to aasans and breathing techniques - while today the answer is still the same but the scope has expanded to healings through energy and sound, which is naad yoga and adding my dance experience to overall retreat.
